Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Cook the spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse and drain. Grease a baking tray and lay out the spaghetti on it.
Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
Blanch the tomatoes with hot water and peel them. Remove the peel from the onions, dice them and sauté them in the hot butter until soft. Add the whipped cream, crushed pepper, garlic clove and salt. Grate the cheese and stir into the hot cream. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on the pasta. Cut the tuna into small pieces and place them on top. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and spread the cream mixture evenly over them. Bake for 15 minutes on the middle shelf.
Toast the fried eggs in butter and place on top of the pizza before serving.
Variations: As with a pizza, the topping can of course be varied as desired, e.g. with mushrooms or ham respectively. Instead of whole tomatoes you can also use tomato puree.
