Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Pile flour on a pasta board and clear a hole in the middle. On top add the eggs and egg yolks, olive oil and a little salt form. Knead it into a smooth dough. Using a pasta machine, roll out narrow sheets of dough.

Cut the individual dough sheets into the desired length, roll them up and cut the noodles into the desired size. Cook in enough boiling hot salted water to make al dente. The cooking time of fresh pasta cannot be compared to store-bought. Fresh pasta is ready in a few minutes.

Cut the gorgonzola into cubes and soak in the liquid whipping cream for a few minutes. Finely dice the shallot and garlic and sauté in a frying pan with butter. Add the gorgonzola cream and let it boil briefly. Season with coarse pepper.

Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and bring to the table.
