Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Clean the leek, cut lengthwise and rinse thoroughly. Cut the white and light green parts into fine strips. Boil 100 ml of water with the clear soup and cook the leeks in it for about 5 minutes until al dente. Push the leek strips to the edge of the pot. Put the chopped cheese in the center and mash it with a fork.
Stir the finely chopped garlic, the crème fraîche, the sabay clover and the chervil into the leek vegetables and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
At the same time, make the spaghetti al dente according to package directions, drain in a colander and place in a preheated bowl.
Mix the leek vegetables into the hot spaghetti. Sprinkle the dish with the nuts.
