For the tuna with baked potatoes, wash the potatoes, wrap them individually in lightly greased foil and bake in the oven at 225°C for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the herb curd (sour cream): Mix the curd or sour cream with the cucumber water until smooth, season spicily with pepper, salt and the chives. Stir in the pressed garlic. Remove the finished potatoes from the foil, press them apart a little with a fork and fill them with the herb sauce.
