For the snowman cupcakes, first prepare the cupcake bases according to the basic recipe. Allow to cool completely.

For the frosting, sift confectioners’ sugar into the cream cheese and beat until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, assemble the snowman. To do this, cut a marshmallow in half horizontally for the head. Glue eyes and carrot nose on it from an aranzini and two chocolate pearls (moisten marshmallow in the appropriate places with a little water).

Use a toothpick to fix the small and the large marshmallow (the toothpick should still stick out a little from the top of the small marshmallow).

Glue three chocolate pearls as buttons on the large marshmallow. Attach soletti broken to size on both sides as arms.

Place the chocolate pearls as hats on the small marshmallow.

Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.

Remove the frosting from the refrigerator and spread on top of the cupcakes. Spread to form a nice snowy cap.

Place the snowmen on top of the frosting.

Chill snowman cupcakes until ready to serve.
