For the cupcakes, put all the ingredients for the batter in a large bowl and mix well for a few minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and place the muffin cups in the baking tray and pour the batter into the cups using a scoop. Bake for about 25 minutes until the batter is golden brown.

Use a wooden stick to check if the muffins are done. For the topping Mix the softened butter, with the cream cheese and gradually add sugar until the topping is sweet enough. Chill for at least half an hour.

Spread the topping on the cupcakes with a butter knife and make a few notches in it, so that the chocolate can run down it later.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and spread it on the cupcakes. Press a raspberry into the still liquid chocolate and chill the cupcakes again for a few minutes.
