For the rice paper rolls with tuna filling, drain the tuna and mix in a bowl with chopped cocktail tomatoes and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Briefly place the rice paper sheets individually in hot water. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on the bottom of each rice paper, fold in all three ends and roll up.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls on both sides until crispy.
