Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add coriander, cumin, garlic powder, chili spice, cinnamon and ginger. Stir over low heat for 2 min. Pull from stove, add skinned almond kernels, stir until almond kernels are coated with herb mixture. Roast almond kernels on a baking sheet at 150 °C 1500 cmin. Remove.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
