Instructions:

Peel the onion, chop coarsely and fry in a little oil in the pot. Peel and chop the zucchini and potatoes and add to the onions.

Sauté briefly and pour water over them. Add salt and soup seasoning and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When the potatoes and zucchini are cooked through, remove from heat and finely strain. Add the sour cream and bring to the boil again briefly.

Arrange the zucchini cream soup and serve.
