Instructions:

For the pot souffle from the Airfryer, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and stir in the low-fat curd.

Mix flour, spelt semolina, salt and stir into the curd mixture, then stir in milk and melted butter.

Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Brush the Airfryer baking pan with butter and pour in the batter. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Let cool and serve with strawberries.
