Instructions:

Cut apricots into strips, put them in a bowl with sugar and apricot brandy, stir and leave to infuse for 2-3 hours in a cool place (cover in the refrigerator to prevent foreign odors from clouding the delicate flavor).

Then infuse with wine, refrigerate again for half an hour.

Just before serving, top up with sparkling wine and decorate with a few apricot halves.
