Put all ingredients in a suitable bowl, mix until the dough holds together.

Form “Schiffli” with 2 teaspoons, perhaps garnish with tree nuts, dry for one night.

Bake in 15 to 20 min at low medium heat (160 °C ) in the middle of the heated oven.

Note: if the walnuts are very finely ground, it needs a little less egg white.
