For the rice meat, first cut the goulash meat into 2 cm cubes, salt, pepper and dust with flour.

Heat the oil, brown the meat on all sides, remove from the pan. Finely chop the onions and sauté in the remaining fat until translucent.

Dust with paprika powder, stir and deglaze with water or soup. Add meat and garlic (amount to taste) and cover with a lid.

After 50 minutes, add the rice and let the rice stew in the oven for another 30 minutes.
