For Quick Spelt Bread, grease a loaf pan with butter.
Mix all dry ingredients, then with a large spoon or similar, gradually stir in the water. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan. Cover with a tea towel and let rise for about an hour (cool rather than warm).
Place the pan in the cold oven (lowest shelf) and bake at 190 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. After removing from the oven, turn out of the pan and allow to cool.
