For the spelt bread grind the spelt. Mix the yeast with the honey until it becomes liquid.
Mix this liquid with fruit vinegar and water. Gradually stir into the flour. Mix in the seeds. The dough is very liquid, don’t let that bother you – it’s supposed to be.
Bake in a greased loaf pan or one lined with parchment paper at 200 °C for about 50-60 minutes.
Now remove the spelt bread from the pan and then bake for another 10-15 minutes so that the crust is nice and crispy.
