For the garnished tuna, wash and shred the lettuce and marinate with vinegar, salt and oil. Cut tomatoes in half, slice eggs with egg slicer.

Place lettuce in the center of the plate. Place tomatoes and eggs on the edge. Place tuna in center on top of lettuce, add a little pesto on top. Sprinkle the garnished tuna with pepper.
