For the pasta omelet with peppers, cook the spirals according to package directions until al dente.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a large skillet, heat oil until hot and sauté the onion, garlic and bell bell pepper.
Strain the pasta and add it to the pan. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them set.
Serve the pasta omelet with peppers sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and oregano.
