Instructions:

For stuffed shell pasta, cook the shell pasta al dente according to the instructions. For the sauce, finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the bell bell pepper and sauté everything together in oil.

Add the canned pelati and season with tomato paste, paprika powder. Simmer for about 10 minutes. If it is too thick, add a little vegetable soup (it should not be too thin!).

Puree finely with a blender and season with pepper and salt. For the filling, finely dice the onion, garlic, bell bell pepper and zucchini. Sauté in a pan in a little oil for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper.

You can also stir in a little fresh basil, depending on your taste. Stir in a third of the sauce and set aside. Pour the sauce into a baking dish, fill the pasta with the vegetables and place in the dish.

Spread some mozzarella on the pasta and let it gratinate at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes.
