Select spinach, rinse, drain, chop into small pieces. Bring milk and beef broth to a boil, turn off heat. Add processed salami cheese, stirring continuously until melted. Add spinach, let it boil once. Add finely chopped chervil to soup, fold in crème fraîche, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Serve with toast and garlic butter.
