For the cucumber zoodles with tuna and parmesan, wash the cucumber, cut in half and cut off the ends. Instead of cucumbers, zucchinis are also very good for the dish.

Put the first half of the cucumber on the vegetable holder of a spiral slicer. Fix at the front of the stainless steel guide. Turn crank clockwise and place zoodles on a plate.
