Instructions:

Grate sugar cubes on oranges, squeeze orange juice and add white wine to 1/4 l liquid. Stir in eggs and beat over steam until creamy. Dissolve gelatin and add to cream. Allow to cool while stirring constantly. Stir in cognac or brandy with whipped cream until stiff. Pour the cream into bowls and serve sprinkled with cocoa powder after cooling.
