Stewed Carrots

Remove the peel from the carrots and cut into narrow slices. In a saucepan with melted butter form, fill with vegetable soup and season with salt, sugar and nutmeg. Cover and cook at low temperature for approx.

10-12 min. until soft. Stir occasionally and add liquid if necessary. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
