Instructions:

Liver through the fine slice of the grinder turn (or ask butcher), soaked and squeezed eggs, salt, bread, pepper, marjoram and chopped onion stir. Chop 1 onion, fry in butter until golden and mix into the mixture. From the mixture, make dumplings with a tablespoon and put them into boiling water or clear soup, repeatedly dipping the spoon into the liquid. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes.
