Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Fry rump steaks in heated cooking fat for approx. 4 min. Season and keep warm.

Melt butter in the pan. Add mustard, shallots, pepper, thyme and wine. Stir well and simmer a little at low temperature.

Season sauce and pour over rump steaks form, garnish with parsley.

Serve with: vegetables, fried potatoes, dry rice or possibly noodles.
