Cut bacon and onions into very small cubes. Mix together with the remaining ingredients to form a dough that is difficult to flow. Grease loaf pan, fill 2/3 with batter. Spread very thin strips of fatty bacon decoratively and evenly on the surface.

Bake at 180 °C for 60 to 70 min.
