For the vegan crumble, first preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel the apples and cut them into smaller pieces. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan. Add the apple pieces, sugar and cinnamon and cook on low heat until the apples are soft. Turn off and mix in the berries. Pour everything into an ovenproof dish.

In another bowl, knead together the coconut oil, flour, rolled oats and sugar with your hands. Spread the crumble over the fruit.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes and serve the vegan crumble.
