Instructions:

For the olive tofu with wild garlic and potato puree, peel and boil the potatoes. Then mash them in a blender.

Stir with vegetable margarine, soy milk (as much as it takes to reach the desired consistency), salt, pepper and nutmeg to a puree.

Finally, fold in the washed and finely chopped wild garlic. Slice the olive tofu and fry it.

Serve the olive tofu with the wild garlic and potato puree. Serve with salad or seasonal vegetables.
