For the cinnamon peaks, prepare a short pastry from the ingredients and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Form a sausage out of the dough and cut it into pieces of the same size. Roll the dough pieces into balls first and then shape them into cones. Turn the top of the dough cones in granulated sugar, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the cinnamon peaks at 180 degrees convection until the tips turn very lightly brown.
