For the lemon pasta, salt water and bring to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. In the meantime, toast pine nuts in a pan.

Mix mascarpone and crème fraiche. Heat in a saucepan and season with grated lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add lemon balm cut into small pieces, stirring constantly.

Garnish pasta with sauce and pine nuts and basil leaves. Serve the lemon pasta.
