A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Preheat kitchen oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the pears and cut them into thick slices.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Later, slowly fold in cream, flour, baking powder fraiche, butter and salt.
Whip egg whites to egg whites and gently fold in.
Pour half of the batter into a greased springform pan, spread the pears evenly on top and mold the remaining batter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C. Remove from the mold, cool.
