Spread berries on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for about an hour (put on the fast freeze cycle if available) until berries are ice cold but not completely frozen.

When berries are ready, melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, stirring constantly. Add cream and whisk to combine.

Place frozen berries in 2 glasses or bowls and drizzle hot chocolate sauce over. Cover with ice cream and white chocolate curls and serve immediately.
