For the hamburger buns mix 1 cube Biogerm, 300 ml lukewarm milk, 2 tablespoons honey and prepare a Dampfl!
Knead the dampfl with plain flour, 20 g salt and another 200 ml lukewarm water to a smooth dough, the most energy-saving way is with a food processor!
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place. Then divide the dough into about 10 pieces and form flat buns (about 10-12 cm in diameter).
Then let the buns rise in a warm place (about 35-40 degrees) for a good hour. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Place a bowl of water on the bottom in the oven.
I unfortunately do not have a modern steam oven! With it’s more professional! Brush the rolls still with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
