Parsley rinse, pluck off the leaves and cut. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into small pieces. Clean and rinse the chanterelles, halve or quarter the larger ones. Heat a little butter in a frying pan, sauté the onion in it until colorless, season with salt and pepper. Add the chanterelles, sauté and season.
In a baking dish, mix the whipped cream with the sour cream, add the chanterelles and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
Season with finely chopped lovage and parsley.
