Kohlrabi Potato Stew with Fried Sausages

Peel kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into pieces of about the same size. Peel and chop the onion, rinse and pluck the basil, skin the sausages and cut into rings.

First add kohlrabi and potato cubes, then onion and basil on top and put the sausage rings on top in the slow cooker, mix the hot soup with sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Simmer with the lid closed for about 3 hours on level High, after about 2 hours briefly mix everything once. Finally, stir again, season to taste and serve.
