Rice Salad with Grape Berries

Cook the long grain rice in salted water until al dente, pour into a sieve, cool and drain very well. Rinse the grapes and pick them into individual berries. Cut very large berries in half lengthwise and remove seeds if possible. Cook a sauce of curry powder, mustard, sprinkling seasoning, vinegar, yogurt and oil and mix the long grain rice with it. Let it stand for a while and finally add the grape berries.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
