Apple-Carrot-Celery Salad

Peel apples, cut into quarters, cut out core. Clean carrots and celery. Cut everything into strips and sprinkle with lemon. Mix with the nuts. Whisk yogurt, add sugar, salt and a pinch of white pepper. Spread evenly over the lettuce.
