Instructions:

For the Styrian Lumpensalat with pumpkin seed oil Selchzüngerl, beef and pressed sausage thinly with a slicer and cut into strips about 2 cm wide.

Mix well in a large bowl with the cooked beetle beans and the remaining ingredients and arrange in small ceramic bowls.

Cut the eggs in half, place on top of the salad and garnish with peppers (cut into rings).
