For the cream of porcini soup, finely chop the onion and mushrooms, sauté in butter, sprinkle with flour, stir, pour in the soup and cook for a few minutes.

Add a dash of white wine and season with freshly ground pepper, chopped parsley, cream and salt.

Decorate the porcini cream soup with parsley and serve hot!
