Mix 2 whole eggs and one egg yolk with the mascarpone until creamy. Add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a frying pan with a little butter so that it gets nice and crispy. Pour over the cooked spaghetti. Next, carefully fold in the mascarpone mixture with a wooden spoon. Bring to the table immediately
