Instructions:

For the meat rolls, defrost puff pastry according to instructions and roll out into 10 x 10 cm squares. Mix minced meat with egg, onion, paprika, garlic, salt and tomato paste to a meat dough.

Put 1 tablespoon of it on each of the dough squares. Mix yolk and milk, brush the ends of the dough with it. Form into rolls and press the ends tightly.

Preheat oven to 240 °C. Cut thin strips from the leftover dough and place 2 strips crosswise on each roll and brush with yolk mixture.

Rinse a baking tray with cold water, place the meat rolls on it and bake for 20 minutes.
