For the savoy cabbage soup, finely chop the onions, peel the potatoes and dice them like tomatoes. Cut the cabbage into fine strips. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions until translucent.

Sauté bacon and potatoes vigorously, add cabbage and deglaze with wine. Pour in the soup. Season, cover and simmer on low heat.

20 minutes later stir in tomatoes and tomato paste and season to taste.

Serve with bread, if you like.
