A bean recipe for every taste:

Soak beans in one and a half liters of water for one night. Make in the soaking water at low temperature for about an hour.

In the meantime, grind the walnuts. Mix with crushed garlic cloves, finely crushed pepper and the vinegar. Season with salt and coriander. Add to the beans form and simmer for another five min. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Peel and dice the onion. Coarsely mash the beans with a potato masher or the blender’s hand blender (leave some for garnish). Stir half of the leeks and onions into the beans. Sprinkle with remaining leeks and parsley.
