For the herb soup with shrimp, finely chop the garden herbs. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat butter, sauté onion in it, dust with flour and sauté while stirring.

Pour in vegetable soup, bring to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes. Add the fresh herbs to the soup and puree with a hand blender.

Season with salt and pepper. Whip the cream until stiff, beat the egg and add both to the soup. Divide the herb soup among four plates and serve garnished with the cooked shrimp.
