For the ham cake, mix the gluten-free flour with yeast and the grated cheese. In the meantime, cream butter, eggs, mustard and parsley. Add salt and pepper and the finely chopped ham. Finally, stir in the flour mixture. Put the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan and let it rise for 1 hour at approx. 30° C. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° C for about 40 minutes. Slice the ham cake and serve warm.
