For the cheese salad, wash peppers, remove core and dice. Dice Emmental cheese.

Mix oil, vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, mustard and lemon juice to a marinade. Mix bell pepper cubes and cheese cubes and pour marinade over them. Serve the cheese salad.
