For the minced meat and apple casserole, peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the mince with the soaked, well squeezed bread, the eggs, onions, salt and pepper to a smooth mass.
Peel apples, remove core and cut flesh into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into cubes as well. Mix together with the minced meat mixture.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill in the minced meat mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with butter flakes. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
Take out the minced meat and apple casserole, divide into portions and serve hot.
