For the gratinated chicken cutlets with rösti and cheese, preheat the oven to 190-200°C. Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and sear them in a little oil.

Grease a baking dish with a little butter. Put the browned fillets in it. Then place the still frozen Rösti on top of the fillets.

Dilute the creme fraiche with milk and fold in the grated cheese. Spread on the meat and the rösti.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and put the chicken cutlets with rösti and cheese in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
