For the Parmesan chicken, heat the oven to 190 degrees. Salt the chicken pieces a little, turn them briefly in flour and brown them well in a pan in olive oil on both sides.

Then place them in a baking dish. In the same pan, fry the pressed garlic and rosemary for a few seconds and then quickly add the canned tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, sugar and basil. Pour this sauce over the chicken pieces and sprinkle with the Parmesan flakes. Finish roasting in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
