Peel the mango. Cut off the flatter sides of the mango, along the stone. Cut half of it into small cubes and marinate in the maple syrup.

Scrape remaining mango flesh from pit, puree. Blend one half of the puree with one half of the yogurt.

In a glass first put the mango cubes (save 1 tablespoon for decoration).

Top with the untreated half of the yogurt. Then layer the mango puree, on top of the yogurt/mango puree and then the almond flakes and the remaining mango cubes.
