Cut onions into cubes, sauté in butter, add pressed garlic. Add herb cream cheese by the spoonful and stir to liquefy. Pour in chicken soup and simmer gently for about 20 min. Season with pepper, salt, worchester sauce and juice of one lemon.

Chop kitchen herbs and add. Cut toast into cubes, toast in butter until golden brown and add to soup before serving.
